Battlesbridge VW weekend

Big Band in the Garden

The Rotary will be hosting thier annual Big Band in the Garden event at Ivy Cottage garden in Little Burstead.
The Gates open at midday and the Locarno Big Band will be music of the 1940's between 1pm and 5pm. For more information click here.
Blackwater County Show

The Blackwater County Show is celebrating its 5th year and proved very popular last year attracting around 7000 visitors. The show has already raised in excess of £17,000 for the Essex Air Ambulance so go along and show your support again this year.
Harwich Power Boat Festival

One of the largest powerboat festivals in the world is coming to Harwich this summer. The boats will be rasing in Dovercourt Bay and there will also be a 2 day music event in Cliff Park featuring a wide variety of acts including, Olly Murs and Jamie (Afro) Archer from X Factor, Tinchy Stryder, Rose Royce, Katrina and the Waves, Simon Webbe and more.
